Beautiful morning in the high 30s. 5 PAX came out to make each other better than before. Today’s workout was a variation on a Q from Dynamite. Very simple. All done on or along the picnic tables under the pavilion. Add 2 Burpees after each exercise. It’s so EASY to write down and so HARD to do!!
Kept the rep goal to 22 or 11 IC for Longs Haul’s theme for 2022.
