Freezing 23* morning, warma-rama took on new higher significance.
Mostly in cadence: For kicks and giggles, Sun Gods ushered the morning, Seal claps, overhead claps, small – to – large arm circles; forward and back, (appeared necessary) Huggie bears, brutal monkey hoopers to 15, Carolina drydocks, reach for the skies – aka Kassy Cassams, and if all else fails…, mozzie around parking lot.
Met at the brick wall for the thang! People’s chair – Good Dr. sharing story time of the D&L 1/2 marathon… This was more de-circulator, no sooner had Dropbox brought up BTW…! What a guy… 5 count, followed by Donkey kicks in cadence (coming from Kilimanjaro, wanted them to be Zebra). Continued with enthusiastic mozie to the bb courts.
