Disclaimer was given and accepted by all. We warmed up with 2 rounds of dealer’s choice exercises. Then we paired up for our assessment exercises. Did all in order including Merkins, 300-meter dash, big boy sit-ups, agility test, burpees and finished with the 1.5-mile run.
