16 steps in the typical office building staircase; picnic bench seats are about twice as high as a typical stair, so 8 step-ups = 16 stairs = one floor up.
So, how high could each of us climb?
I believe that the highest point reached by FDNY personnel in the North Tower of the WTC was, the 53rd floor. They were packing 75 pounds of PPE and tools.
