The BackBlast:
A perfect morning. A little overcast and not too hot. Just right for a little birthday celebration. Since I turned 47 on Friday, I decided to celebrate by doing 47 of as many exercises as I could think of and fit into the hour.
Warmup: Motivators to 5, neck rolls, trunk rolls, toe touches, Imperial walkers 10 IC. Mosey to first stop.
The Thang: 47 reps of each exercise. Done by completing 10 burpees then working through 2 exercises going back and forth with 10 reps until the 47 is complete.
10 Burpees – 47 Pull ups & 47 Leg Lifts
10 Burpees – 47 Merkins & 47 Squats
10 Burpees – 47 Curls & 47 Lunges
10 Burpees – 47 Shoulder Presses & 47 Dips
7 Burpees – 47 Clean and Press & 47 Calf Raises
Mary was just 47 big boy sit ups and time was up!
Counted all the way around the circle for 2. NOR and COT. Finished with breakfast at the East Penn.
