Weatherwise, it was a moderate night. The temperature had risen from the prior week and no precipitation though it was still gloomy!

Pork Chop led us to Death Valley and led us in the warm-a-rama. Then we moseyed to a corner and it became obvious that no one was clearly the Q as we began to try to decide as a group what we should do. This is when Potsie reached into a pocket and produced a Weinke. Myra asked if he kept an extra in the truck just in case! We then proceeded with the following:

Corner 1: 25 LBCs cadence; 20 Squats cadence; 15 Merkins

Corner 2: 15 WW2s; 20 Forward Lunges cadence; 15 Derkins

Corner 3: 15 Freddie Mercuries; 15 Toe Taps; 15 Shoulder taps cadence

Corner 4: 6 inches; 7 Motivators; 15 Carolina Dry Docks

Corner 1 (again): 10 Pull ups: 10 Underdogs: 20 Step ups in cadence

Mosey back to the bandstand for a quick round of Mary.

COT: Pocahontas will Q Saturday. Retreat at Dittos over the weekend that 4 Pax are attending. Pocahontas’ father-in-law is improving though still weak. Myra shared that a 2.0 is expected in August! Pork Chop asked for prayer for a couple of husband’s of his Ms coworkers who are struggling with health issues. Potsie asked for pray as his business is moving in February.
