We began with 5 pax. We mosied to Death Valley where we did the warm up. The Warm-a-rama included Abe Vigoda, side lunges w/ toe touches, toy soldiers, grass pickers, plank, calf stretch, Best stretch ever.

We did an Indian Run to the first corner. DrewZ caught up with us at the corner.

The Thang: To the Four Corners of the Grill

Corner 1: 25 LBCs cadence; 20 Squats cadence; 15 Merkins

Corner 2: 15 WW2s; Run down the steps and bunny hop up x2; 15 Derkins

Corner 3: 10 Pull ups; 10 Underdogs; 20 Step ups; Running up and down the steps x2

Basketball court: NUR; Side shuffle; Suicides and Q-point

Corner 4: 6 inches; 7 Motivators; 15 Shoulder taps cadence

Corner 1: 15 Freddie Mercuries; 15 Toe Taps; Carolina Dry Docks

Corner 2: 15 Scissors; 15 Forward lunges; ATMs (alternate shoulder taps, tempo merkin and fast merkin)

Mosey back to the pavilion. Crabcakes and Dips

Pocahontas showed up in time for the COT. He was nursing a an ailing back.
