3 PAX posted for our weekly evening workout.  It’s dark and harder to drag oneself out at the end of the day.  Nonetheless, once we gathered we had some good fellowship during the workout.

Warm-a-rama: mosey down the street to a streetlight for Arm Circles, Overhead Press, Imperial Walkers, Abe Vigoda, Side Lunges, Cobra, Calf Stretch, Shoulder Taps

  1. Burpee
  2. Diamond Merkins
  3. Copperhead Squat
  4. V-ups
  5. Crab cakes (IC)
  6. Merkins

  12. Run a lap down the street and back along the river trail
