Five HIM took the DRP to workout on a rainy Saturday morning.  We dashed to the bandstand where we stayed for the entire workout.  YHC is getting over a head cold and didn’t want to push it by running around in the rain or even drizzle.

Warm-a-rama: SSH, bat wings — forward, backward, overhead claps, Grass Pickers, Imperial Walkers, BSE, Calf Stretch, Mountain Climbers

The Thang — 12 Days of Christmas: complete each “day’s” exercise (reps = day) plus each of the prior exercises

  1. Burpee
  2. Diamond Merkins
  3. Copperhead Squat
  4. V-Up
  5. Crab  Cake (IC)
  6. Merkin or Claperkin
  7. Lunges (IC)
  8. Dips (IC)
  9. Glute Bridges
  10. Derkins or Irkins
  11. Star Jacks
  12. BTTW — 12-count each

We had 15 minutes to spare so started to work our way back down.  We completed the entire 12 days and 11 days with a few variations of exercises along the way

COT: F3 Christmas party at Dr. Seuss’s home next Saturday; Beaker is celebrating the birth of his 3rd granddaughter; prayers and thanks for the PAX

Following the workout 4 PAX went to Four Twelve for coffeeteria where we were joined by the General
