The Thang: Ten arm exercises, reps of twenty with water jugs.  Curls, Back flys, iron cross, shoulder press, chest flys, back rows, skull crushers, straight arm – jugs in front, and tricep press “donkey kicks.”  between reps, PAX did 35 yard bear crawl and 35 yard sprint followed by jog back to jugs.  0.0 was offered to any PAX who couldn’t run.  One PAX did the 0.0 ab workout between reps instead of running.  Ab workout consisted of flutter kicks, WWI, low plank, crab cakes, crunchy frogs, windshield wipers, Freddie Mercuries, LBCs and half-superman.

PAX moseyed to building for BTTW and People’s chair.  People’s chair discussion included sharing events on each man’s schedule this week.
