AAA (Abs, arms, and ass)

Thursday, August 2. I miss July.
To my everlasting shame, YHC arrived a few minutes late to Q. So Uptown began the warm-up with sun-gods, motivators, grass pickers, and monkey humpers. YHC took over and completed the warm-up with some light jogging, shuffling, bending, skipping, high knees, and butt kickers.
Movement #1 – Suicides in the parking lot. Goal was to complete three during the song “Eye on It” by Toby Mac, a reference to Hebrews 12:2 and 2 Timothy 4:7.

Movement #2- The Thang- AAA. Arm exercises included: Merkins, Derkins, inclined Merkins, and dips. Ab exercises included: X’s and O’s, X’s and V’s, windshield wipers, LBC’s, WWI, hundreds, half-Superman, and American hammers. Ass exercises were Zebra kicks. After each set of three, the PAX took a lap around the pavilion and held people’s chair for the six.

Movement #3- Pass the Plate. PAX stood shoulder-to-shoulder in outward facing circle. Two 25 pound weight plates were passed around while listening to the song “Do Life Big” by Jamie Grace. Every time Grace sang the words “Do life big,” the PAX holding the plate did 5 overhead military presses.

COR, NOR, announcements, and prayer requests. BOM
