The Thang: Summer school. Each PAX was equipped with a jump rope, 2 dumbbells- 15 LBS each, and a Mary mat. One at a time, each PAX was given an F3 term. They had to jog across the parking lot to a list of definitions, write the definition on a small dry erase board, and report back; meanwhile, the other PAX completed an exercise. Exercises included: jump rope, Burpees, Bonnie Blairs, shoulder press, curls, back rows, chest flys, squats, American hammers, box cutters, WWI, J-Lo, wife pleasers, crab cakes, and a plank progression.
