The Thang: DORA cumulative reps of 80. Partner A with two 15 lb. dumbbells. Partner B completes set of 20 reps and then flapjacks with Partner. Weight exercises included: curls, military press, squats, back rows, skull crushers, chest flys, dumbbell swings, back fly, and man makers. Exercises for reps included: mountain climbers, LBC’s, Peter Parkers, Freddie Mercury, merkins, monkey humpers, crab cakes, American hammers, and half-superman.
