Venus Williams Hardcourt Challenge

Five posted for a frosty 40-something degree June morning and mosied to the tennis facility for their scheduled court time. The endearing workout title was à propos as the French Open has just ended and training needs to commence for the US Open at the end of summer. It was also fitting because there were no balls and only three sets (men play best of five).

The Venus Williams Thang
Mosey to the court for three sets of 15-30-40 reps of exercise with a sprint-side shuffle-backward run-side shuffle wedged between. Set 1 included burpees, merkins and plank jacks. Set two was Carolina dry docks, Peters Parkers, and SSHs. Set three was mountain climbers, crab cakes and imperial walkers.
