Unleash the Chaos – WOW # 0

Today we turn the page on another year.   A year we all desire to accelerate and leave behind the status quo of the Christmas cookies and excuses.  Ten High Impact Men showed up today to get better.  Some felt left behind and others uncomfortable.  Since your perception is your reality, I apologize for those that felt left behind.  For those feeling uncomfortable, not sorry.

The Ironclad WOW# 0  was pre-blasted on 1st F Mumble Chatter.  The aim for the THANG this week is a circuit performed in a continuous fashion with the aim to complete as many rounds as possible in the allotted time (5 rounds goal).  A well explained workout should never leave anyone behind.  I apologize if the pre-blast, my articulation, and leading through the segments did not give sufficient explanation or consideration for the 6.  If you decide to call out a Q for a problem you are having with the workout, I suggest you hold that comment until after the workout in private or you may “Unleash the Chaos!” within that man depending on his fiber. Unleashed Chaos is never a pretty site; however, does prove effective when pieces put back together.  It’s typically as effective as learning the hard way; which I’ve unfortunately practically mastered.

The Thang – It’s Never Easy

1 x 400m (0.25 mile) Run
20 x Kettlebell Swings w/Coupon
20 x Big Boy Sit Ups
1 x 400m (0.25 mile) Run

Dynamite was head of the PAX and completed 4 rounds with more to give.  YHC was somewhere around 3, and some completed 2 rounds.  Some planking for 6 was achieved between rounds 1 and 2.  Verbal chaos was also unleashed on Pax from YHC regarding perceived abandonment of the 6.
