T – Turkey Walk and Weave (5 Merkins) Pax line up as if doing an Indian Run, except this offers more pain. The Pax start duck walking and the six runs to the front by weaving in between each Pax member. Then he joins the rest of the Pax duck walking until everyone has weaved to the front at least once or until the Q’s legs burn out.
H- Happy Jacks or Happy to give ‘thanks’ Jacks SSH, jump squats after ever 5th. (25 SSH, 5 exercise)
A- Aiken Legs – (Squats, Lunges, Forward, up downs)
N- No Plank You Merkins (group holds plank, 10 merkins per person)
K- Keep giving Planks (3 rounds) (exercises in plank while partner sprints out and back) ie low plank, side planks, both sides)
S- Steel ‘thankful’ Ladder (pull up, dips 4 sets max, and 5,10,15, 20)
