Warm-a-Rama: Jumping jacks, plank walk out, monkey hompers, merkins, squat jumps, grass pickers, run along the basketball court.

“Thang:” PAX was divided into 2 groups of 3 and 1 man to officiate the tug-of-war round. After every round of tug-of-war, Pax would exercise and then the officiate would switch. Exercises – Flutter kicks 15, russian twist 15, accordians 15, LBCs 15, Shoulder taps 15, Diamond merkins 15, Bicycle crunches 15, Mountain climbers 15, Heal touches 15, Reverse lunges 15, Burpees 15, Plank 10 count each man totaling 70 seconds.
