Four PAX braved the icy roads to workout at the Trojan. The two school teachers were taking advantage of their two-hour school delay.
Due to the icy conditions, we stayed undercover in the pavilion for the entire workout.

4 minutes per exercise: 20 seconds of work followed by 10 second rest X 8 rounds
