Flame and Dr. Seuss traveled forty miles to our south to spend time at a new AO in Valley Forge. The Q was strong as we were led by Side Effects, the Valley Forge Region Nantann.
This was a great opportunity to spend some time with new F3ers and get a great workout in the meantime. Can you say 500 air squats? I look forward to seeing where this goes in the future.
Two FNGs received their F3 Names. One is a motivational speaker so we named him Matt Foley after the SNL character of one Chris Farley. The other is a lawyer turned high school principle so we named him Rooney after the principle in the movie Ferris Bueller’s Day Off. The name-a-rama was strong today. Welcome to F3 men.
