Tribute to the Mamba

Hearing the news this week of the helicopter crash with Kobe, his daughter and 7 other people on board has hit me in a way I was not expecting this week.  For me, as a player, Kobe often lived a life where his basketball career and the demands that come along with it came first.  Since his retirement, it was pretty remarkable to watch him transform into a true family man with his wife and daughters taking center stage in his everyday.  Kobe modeled many of the same values that we are striving for as a part of F3.  As a tribute to him and his attitude, we went through the workout below.  Kobe was big on 3 major things when it came to his training before the season: track/running, basketball, and weightlifting.  We tried to do some of all 3 areas!
