100 reverse situps (the new favorite exercise from Abscess)

Hula hoop and three dice.  Roll the three dice inside the hula hoop, let me know the number from 3 – 18 and I will tell you what exercise.

50 Squats

40 Merkins

100 Flutter kicks

30 hammers (4 count)

20 side Straddle hops

Run around the park loop

It was exhausting and one of the harder workouts recently.  Slowbear is on for Monday.

We prayed for our nation and all the attempts to divide us by race, religion, political party.   We asked God to heal the wounds.  We prayed for wisdom as we return to a more normal routine and facing new challenges.
