short Mosey then we did 12 to one count push ups in between push-ups we did side hops both directions, high knees, but kickers, karaoke both directions, then we did a max pull up and when the first guy dropped out we all hung on the bar for 30 seconds followed by a round of rows to the max and when the first guy stopped we hung on the swings for 30 seconds, then we did a round of dips 20in Cadence, then we planked for 30 seconds then we did 20 squats in Cadence then another round of Max pulls then hung on the bar for 15 seconds then another round of Max Rows and hung on the swings for 15 seconds, then around of 10 dips in Cadence
Back to the shovel flag for a ten-to-one motivator, followed by a round of Mary each guy picks his own, then we did eight counters, then two rounds of 10 burpees for the latecomers
