Huggie bear, arm circle, ssh 20IC, abe vigado 10IC, grass picker 10IC, best stretch ever, lunge w/trunk twists, bird dogs, fire hydrants, shoulder and toe taps 10 oyo– from high plank 1 rep is touch each shoulder and each foot, T-planks 10 IC, glute bridge (on 6 heels and upper back on ground) walk feet in and out 10, squat 10 IC
The Thang –
OHP 25 IC, Merkin with shoulder tap in between 10 IC, flutter kick 15 IC, glute bridge one leg thrusters 10 each; mosey to playground half pax does max pull ups or under dogs and other half 10 derkins and step ups- flapjack
Mosey to field – CDD 10 IC, Spiderman merkin 10IC (midwife noises from all), box cutter 10IC, squat in and out – bring feet together at top then back to shoulder width for squat 20; mosey to playground half max pull ups or under dogs and half 10 derkins and step ups -flapjack
Mosey to pavilion- feet elevated CDD 10, T merkin 10IC, LBC 15 IC, Bonnie blar 10 each leg; mosey to playground half max pull ups or under dogs and half 10 irkins and step ups-flapjack
Pick a parking spot – 10 burpees with lateral high knees across spot in between each burpee
