placed them throughout the pavilion , each pax at an area. Tabata for 40 seconds on 20 seconds rest in between while rotating to each station. Did three rounds with a break of some ( dry docks , LBCs ) did another 2 rounds then Moseyed around the pool back to starting point. Did 2 more rounds, followed by 6 minutes of Mary. Finished with Countarama, NameOrama and Circle of trust. Praise God. Â Downsize treated us to some delicious baked goods, had a few laughs and great mumble chatter. I am grateful for my F3 brothers.
