11 men showed up for a bear of a beat down. We started out the warmarama with some Abe Vagodas Grass Pickers, Plank jacks, moroccan sun gods, Side straddle hops, and calf stretches
The Thang – Pax bear crawled in a line. The last Pax ran to the front after doing a Burpee. Then he yelled done for the next Pax to go. Pax circled up around shovel flag. We began by bear crawling around in circle until Q said stop. Upon stopping, first Pax completed 10 merkins while other Pax plank, then next pax in line completed 10 merkins while other pax plank. The Pax did 2rounds of bear crawls in circle formation, 10x each of merkins, rinse and repeat with werkins. Next was a mosey to the long drive for Aiken legs (20 Squats, 20 Box Jumps, 20 Lunges (10 each leg), 20 Split Jacks (10 each leg forward). Then we did 30×30 sprints, Partner 1 ran up the drive and partner B began the following exercises. Partners flapjack until 50- Burpees / 100- Overhead Claps / 150- Merkins / 200- Big Boy Sit-ups / 250- Squats is achieved.

We ended up doing AYG until PAX got back from the running component, the flap jacked due to time constraints. We then did some abyss push-ups and flapjack with a partner to do dips. An all out sprint to the shovel flag ended the thang for one round of American hammers in Mary and prayers during the COT. We prayed for a deeper knowing of our Heavenly Father.
