Did you ever wonder the impact of one small raindrop? Probably not, but you put a whole bunch of them together it will change the way you live your life. Today was a perfect example of what happens when a bunch of small actions lead to some life changing moments or intense change. This morning 19 High Impact Man gathered to improve physically, relationally, and spiritually! Five men worked together to live out a model of shared leadership and service to the greater good.

WARMARAMA – Dynamite led us through a 19 count up and down warm-up that always promises to leave your body tempature 1 degree warmer than when you arrived. It also leaves you thinking is this the workout or the warm-up. (Three laps around the parking lot, plank until 6, than 19 count IC of SSH, Plank Jacks, Side Lunges, Mountain Climbers, Goof Balls, Merkins, Monkey Humpers, Peter Parkers)

1.) Coupon Overhead Press – 10 reps followed by 30 seconds each Ski Jumps, Plush Jumps, and Seal Jacks X 3 Rounds
2.) Coupon Lateral Raise – 10 reps followed by 20 seconds each Ski Jumps, Plush Jumps, and Seal Jacks X 3 Rounds
3.) Coupon Claps – 10 reps followed by 10 seconds each Ski Jumps, Plush Jumps, and Seal Jacks X 3 Rounds
4.) Dive Bomber Push-ups – 10 x 3 rounds.
