The Q: Dynamite

Conditions: It was a beautiful sunny, cloudless, cool start to the inaugural ruck with a temperature of 51 degrees.
Eight men and 2.0’s attended the ruck with one FNG, proud papa being X-man.
The disclaimer was stated and all posted members agreed to the disclaimer with an AYE!
“Thang:”
The posted members trekked north from Lil Le Hi parking lot to the longest and steepest hill on the parkway and then turned east to descend to the first bridge. All members trekked east under the 78 underpass, over a short, steep hill, descending to the bottom and stopping at the covered bridge, where all members planked to the six. This was the mid-point at 1.1 miles and all posted members trekked the same route in reverse back to the shovel flag. Mumble chatter was rampant amongst the posted PAX. I had good chatter with Uptown Girl on Ragnar and some pro bono PT advice. Mani and I had great conversation about some of my struggles, as well as, his during COVID. The workout ended with doing 22 pushups for PTSD and suicide awareness month.

Announcements:
- Father’s Day workout on Saturday June 20, 2020 at 0930 at the Bee Hive. All, including 2.0’s and M’s are allowed to attend. Flame will be the Q. Long Haul is providing some snacks.
Wednesday will be a Run/Ruck at Willow Lane Elementary School at 0530. Uptown will be Q and will be leading the ruck group. Run group Q TBD.
Saturday July 18, 2020 there will be a fellowship gathering at Sensei’s house with PAX, M’s and 2.0’s welcome to attend. More details to come.
