It was a brisk 29 degrees and partly cloudy at the Swamp for the 0445 ruck to the outskirts of Macungie up the main street hill. Only I, Dynamite, posted for the ruck with In This Moment playing in my ears. The ruck normally covers 1.8 miles in 45 minutes, but I pushed the pace and covered 2.8 miles in 40 minutes with 25# in the ruck sack. Nothing to note during the ruck.
