Roll of the dice

It was a beautiful morning at the Pond (i.e. DAMP & DREARY)!  We moseyed to the closest pavilion to minimize the rain.  Warmarama was a round-robin with an excellent variety of exercises: Burpees (even though Cratchet was ON TIME!!!!), AbeVigodas, neck & trunk rotation, SSHops, stretches.   The actual workout commenced with a 1-minute back-bridge followed by dealer’s choice of the exercise: we started with Merkins, dice roll by the next pax & then the next pax called the ‘multiplier’ (or zeroes added).  We rotated thru upper body, abs & legs for a balanced workout, without as much whining as usual :)!  During the CoT we EH’d Barney into committing for his VQ next Friday 10/6, prayed for TH’s church & our nation as we head into ‘election week’.   No matter what: God is IN CONTROL & this is our opportunity, as believers, to let His light shine during these challenging times.
