Rising Tide

32 degrees with 10 mph wind is enough to raise some tides.  With the wind in our back and in our face we embarked on a run to get faster, stronger, and healthier.

Warmarama – 4 minutes of dynamic stretches

The Thang –

Q picks a point ahead (i.e. 3rd light post) and assigns a PAX to run to it at fast pace; while rest of PAX jogs.  When assigned pax member reaches point he recovers with walk or slow run; while the rest of the Pax sprints to catch him.

Continue this rotation all the way to route 100.

Flap Jack on the way back.

Q assigns one PAX to hang back; while the PAX fast pace run to the selected landmark.   When PAX reach mark, the guy in the back sprints to catch.  Rotate all the way back to the shovel flag.
