Mosey half of the park, followed by some stretch walks, butt kickers, and high knees back to the flag

The Thang:

YHC did some research, and saw that it was 82 days since our last in person workout at the Blast Furnace, which seems to be a good number of reps.

Round 1:

20 Merkins

20 American Hammers

20 Squats to calf raise

22 Burpees

Lunge walk, trying to think about the current situation and what we have done to better ourselves during the COVID19 Pandemic.

Bear Crawl back.

Round 2:

20 Diamond Merkins

20 Big Boy Situps

20 Bobby Hurleys

22 Flying Squirels

Lunge walk out and back

Round 3, same as round 1

Round 4, same moves as round 1 and 3, counts of 22, 22, 22, 16 to bring the total to the four exercises to 82.
