Warm-up: Out of respect for directives from F3 leadership, PAX maintained appropriate social distancing by staying in their lanes. Anyone who has ever worked out at the Trojan knows that the picnic tables in the pavilion are arranged in rows, so each PAX occupied a row and maintained at least one picnic table distance from other PAX. Exercises included: jogging, butt kickers, high knees, side shuffle, karaoke, and skipping. OYO – leg swings, trunk rolls, and neck rolls. IC – Abe Vigodas, grass pickers, side lunge, imperial walkers, toy soldiers, SSH, and monkey humpers.
The Thang: 2 sets of 12 reps of exercises with two 15 lb. dumbbells with 30 seconds of rest between each set. Exercises included: thrusters, swings, back flys, chest flys, curls, tricep press, back rows, skull crushers, pause squats, and man makers!
COT: COR, NOR, announcements, prayer requests, and all dumbbells cleaned with Clorox wipes and Mary mats sprayed with Lysol.
