The Thang

Run the perimeter of the park, stopping at each corner to do 10 Burpees — 40 total

return to band stand to break out the F3 Workout Deck of Cards

Each suit was split out into 4 piles and each PAX assigned one — Core, Cardo, Legs, and Upper Body

We took turns flipping a card and leading the exercise on it, alternating between each suit.

Core: Shoulder Taps, Oblique Crunches, WWII, Low Plank, High Plank, Flutter Kicks

Cardio: High Knees, Sprint, SSH, Karaoke, Squat Thrust, Plank Jack

Legs: Monkey Humper, Side Squat, Jumping Lunge, Sumo Squat, Bulgarian Split Squat, Calf Raise

Upper: Hand Clap Merkins, Incline Merkin, Arm Circles, Merkins, Derkin, Merkin
