Nolan Richardson aka Snot Waggler

Absolutely beautiful morning (44 degrees) to be outside getting better!  Excited to give it away.  Two FNG’s this morning got to experience F3 in it’s full misery.  YHC found this horrible exercise routine hiding in the Exicon called “Nolan Richardson”.  Until last night I had no idea who this man was (is)???  It doesn’t matter really, but he was the head coach the that led Arkansas men’s basketball team to a NCAA championship .  Needless to say, he must have been one High Impact Man.

The Thang

Partner up; but stay socially distant from each other, no touching please.

P1 – Runs backwards across 50 yard field; which was more like 125 yard field this morning.  When they get to other side do a power jump and best war cry, and jog back to partner.

P2 – Starts doing exercise that is called below; when P1 completes run, P2 starts running, P1 starts exercising.  Keep a continuous count of the reps until your team completes the total rep count called out by Q.

Round #1 – Burpees = 150

Round #2 – Big Boy Sit Ups = 300

Would you believe that was all the time we had?  The Exicon called 4 more rounds.  (Squats, Arm Circles, Merkins, and Imperial Walkers).  While we did only 1/3 of the Nolan Richardson, it was literally a snot waggler as I keep wiping the snot from my nose and finding it on my clothes as we mosey to shovel flag.
