Warm Arama started with neck and trunk rolls, side straddle hops, Abe Vigotas, grass pickers, monkey hampers, mountain climbers, and Peter Parker’s. Mosey down to the pavilion for the Thang. Pulled out benches for three rounds of exercises, 25 Derkins, 30 Step Ups and 25 Dips. Mosey for 1 lap around the park. Repeat/Repeat, for total of 3 rounds. Pax all helped with cadence for Derkins and Dips. Thank you. Off to another pavilion for Imperial Walkers followed by the crowd favorite 12 Motivators! Thanks Dynamite. Stretched the calves and did Lunges across the parking lot headed back for round of Mary. American Hammers, Circle Burpees, J-Lo’s, Pickle Pushers, and Box Cutters. End with COT.
