20 Side straddle hops, 20 squats, 20 mountain climbers, 20 merkins.  Everything is better in 3’s soooo… repeat.

 

Beatdown

mosey to hill – each pax member called out a static exercise to be performed at base of hill and top of hill, then a travel to go up and down.

1- Slowbear  – 10 diamond merkins, bearcrawl

2- Treehugger – 10 sprints up hill and backward run down  (not very good at following directions but it was tough Hahaha)

3- Dynamite – 10 Burpees, bearcrawl

4- Scope – Sealwaves, (I think I was too tired from the Burpees to remember what we did here)

5- Manskirt – 20 LBCs, bearcrawl

 

Mosey back to pavilion

wall sits – 10ct high punch, mid punch, low punch each pax down the line.
