Make Up Q

Swamp workout and site Q was a no-show last week and placed on status as a probationary Q. He needed to earn his way out Q purgatory (note: this Swamp Q does not recognize the theology of purgatory, this is for reference purposes only, lo siento Francisco). As such, the morning workout needed some make-up exercises and perpetual motion from the missed week.

Warmup:

Half mile mosey, Abe vagodas, grass pickers, goof balls, plank jacks, shoulder taps, merkins, dive bomb merkins.

The thang:

Quarter-mile mosey, 14 pullups and 2 burpees, each subsequent set decending 2 pullups and ascending 2 burpees to finish with 2 pullups and 14 burpees.
