Late Blast

I am slipping.  Somehow the back blast for this workout fell down the priority list until here I am over 3 weeks later trying to remember what happened.

Here is my best recollection:

We did a warm-a-rama — the usual stuff

The Thang:

15/20/15 Merkins with ~ 20 yard Bear Crawl between each set

Ran Suicides 20/40/60 yards

15/20/15 Squats with ~ 20 yard Lunge walk between each set

Ran Suicides 20/40/60 yards

15/20/15 Big Boy Sit ups with ~ 20 yard Crab Walk between each set

Ran Suicides again

mosey to the dugouts

Pull up (AMRAP); bunny hops up each step by the dug outs (~ 20+ steps); AMRAP Pull ups

mosey to the play ground

10 Under Dogs; 10 Derkins; 10 Under Dogs

Indian Run to the shovel flag
