Mosey to bball courts for…
The Thang
4x4s (down to plank, complete 4 mt climber and 4 pushup and stand = 1) 4×4 ladder of 1 up to 5 back to 1 with exercises across the bball court in between including bear crawl, lunges, broad jumps, shuffles, crab walk. Much leakage by mid ladder.
Move to playground for circuit training – sprint around trees, one leg jump up on bench, pull ups, feet in swing and pull in to pike position. End with balls to the wall countdown.
Mosey back for Mary
Good reminder from UG on importance of cool down, taking some breaks as needed in workout, and staying safe to not turn a good workout into a bad injury or worse.

Prayers for UG’s friend Jim Kelly who is dealing with addiction and taking steps in the right direction, for those affected by both hurricanes, and for our country to be more unified to the common good. Thanks and praise to God for the day, our families, and what He has revealed through His Son.
