Lab Rats

On the first day of spring site Q Neon wanted to bring something new for the PAX. In preparation for the workout he consulted the sage advice were all the world’s top researchers go — YouTube. Armed with a bootcamp video full of new moves he made mental notes on his imaginative winkie. (for those interested check out video)

Warm-Up

Mosey, imperial squats, Abe Vagodas, Arm circles, Around the world reverse plank, SSDs with squats, lunge lunge squat with hop between each, reverse plank mt cliber with dip, ankle hops

The THANG
The PAX mosey to the street with the 50 yard markers, aka the telephones poles for an up and back shuffle, sprint & jog with crab cakes.
Back down again with high knees, butt kicks, power skip and broad jumps. Upon arrival hold plank and be immature with a one-handed plank playing head shoulders knees and toes. Jog backwards and lunge walk backwards.
Partner up and hold plank and burpee each side, hop, jump over planking partner hop burpee again and repeat. 10 burpees in all.
Mosey to parking lot for some WWI / one legged get ups. Then  partner up for a run shuttle run with cumulative 200 merkins; repeat but only 100 carolina dry docks
