Just When You Thought IPC Was Finished…

Conditions: It was a sunny, clear and cold start to the beatdown where 14 PAX members crawled out of the fart sack to start their day in the gloom.

Warm-a-Rama: The warm-up consisted of three laps around the first and second rows of parking lines in the lower lot of the AO. This was followed by seven dynamic exercises for a two round circuit of 15 and 10 reps IC. The exercises are listed below.

”Thang:” IPC style workout with 35# coupon. There were only 10 coupons, so PAX that didn’t have a coupon modified the workout to perform an intense workout. The modified exercises for PAX without a coupon is in (parentheses).

A. 10 Burpee Block Jumps (Burpees)

1. Rifle carry coupon (lunge walk) to 25 yard line and perform 25 Squat Thrusters (Squat to Tuck Jumps), rifle carry coupon (lunge walk) back to end line.

B. 10 Burpee Block Jumps (Burpees)

2. Rifle carry coupon (lunge walk) to 50 yard line and perform 25 Squat Thrusters (Squat to Tuck Jumps)  and 25 Block Derkins (Ranger Merkins), rifle carry coupon (lunge walk) back to end line.

C. 10 Burpee Block Jumps (Burpees)

3. Rifle carry coupon (lunge walk) to 75 yard line and perform 25 Squat Thrusters (Squat to Tuck Jumps), 25 Block Derkins (Merkins), and 25 Coupon Swings (Star Jumps), rifle carry coupon (lunge walk) back to end line.

D. 10 Burpee Block Jumps (Burpees)

4. Rifle carry coupon (lunge walk) to 100 yard line and perform 25 Squat Thrusters (Squat to Tuck Jump), 25 Block Derkins (Merkins), 25 Coupon Swings (Star Jumps), and 25 Blockees (25 Burpee to Parker Peter), rifle carry coupon (lunge walk) to end line.

E. 10 Burpee Block Jumps (Burpees)

PAX that finished early were instructed to pick up other PAX members by doing reps with them. YHC and a few other PAX picked up a coupon and rifle carried to the 100 yard line and helped Who Dat complete his last 20 Blockees and rifle carry back to the end line and all PAX were instructed to perform 10 final Burpee Block Jumps because no PAX member gets left behind.
