January Grill

5 PAX posted for a mid-January beat down at the Grill, although the weather felt more like early Spring weather.  We’ll take it!

Warm-a-rama: Arm Circles, Huggy Bears, Sun Gods, Trunk Rolls, Abe Vigoda, Grass Pickers, Imperial Walkers, Best Stretch Ever, Mountain Climbers, Peter Parker, Toy Soldiers

YHC is still nursing a stress fracture so I sent the boys on a mosey around the park to the play ground while I took the direct route to meet up with them.

The Thang — a modified Sensei-inspired workout:

    10 Pull ups
    10 Sumo Squats
    10 Flutter Kicks (IC)
    10 Box Jumps or Step Ups
    10 Merkins
    10 Reverse Lunges
    10 American Hammers
    10 Burpees

We completed 4 rounds and then I sent the men on a recovery lap around the baseball field while YHC held plank.

We completed one more round and then made our way back to the pavilion by the shovel flag
