These are fragile time we are living in. A lot has changed in the past two weeks and we all have different lives right now. For a few days I was decelerating an wondering “what now?” No more! Since there is no neutral I must accelerate. That looks a lot different than it did in the recent past.

So I encourage you to continue accelerating your fitness. Reconnect with that High Impact Man and put your foot on the gas. Pedal to the metal baby.
