Warm Up 

  • 800m (0.5 mile) @ Easy pace or 150 Side Straddle Hops – Conversational pace and can breath out of your nose only.
  • 10 LBAC, 10 Huggy Bears, 10 Abe Vagodas, 10 Grass Pickers, 30 second Plank, 10 Merkins, 10 Peter Parkers, 10 Monkey Humpers, 10 Ankle Rolls per side

The Man Maker Mile (Inspired by the Mogadishu Mile)

All reps must be completed with your choice of walking or running your coupon in between.  By the end you must travel a distance of 1 mile. Break it up however you choose.

  • 50 Pull-ups
  • Walk or Run with Coupon
  • 50 Squats with Coupon
  • Walk or Run with Coupon
  • 50 Thrusters with Coupon
  • Walk or Run with Coupon
  • 50 Walking Lunge Steps with Coupon (Each Step is One Rep)
  • Walk or Run with Coupon
  • 50 Merkins
  • Walk or Run with Coupon
  • 50 Man Makers (Burpee with Squat Thruster)
  • Walk or Run with Coupon to finish the rest of the mile

Scaling

Modify Up- Choose a heavier coupon or run faster

Modify Down- Choose a lighter coupon or run slower
