Warm Up 

  • 800m (0.5 mile) @ Easy pace or 150 Side Straddle Hops – Conversational pace and can breath out of your nose only.
  • 10 LBAC, 10 Huggy Bears, 10 Abe Vagodas, 10 Grass Pickers, 30 second Plank, 10 Merkins, 10 Peter Parkers, 10 Monkey Humpers, 10 Ankle Rolls per side

You Decide (Inspired by “Pick Your Poison”)

3 Rounds for Time

  • 30 Cumulative Burpees and/or Box Jumps (jump up on box, bench, stairs, or you can even jump as high as you can bringing knees close to chest).
  • 100 Yard Coupon Carry Out and Back (200 total yards)
  • 50 Cumulative Coupon Thrusters (Squat Coupon to Press Coupon Overhead ) and/or Squat Pull-ups (Do Air Squat to Jump Up to Pull-up)
  • 100 Yard Coupon Carry Out and Back (200 total yards)
  • 50 Cumulative Yards of Bear Crawl and/or Crab Walks front or back (100 total yards)
  • 100 Yard Coupon Carry Out and Back (200 total yards)
