Iron Pax Week # 3 – Be The Bacon

Absolutely perfect morning to get after it with 8 other High Impact Men.  The Iron Pax Challenge never seems to disappoint.  This week we went for total rep count in 43 minutes.

With smell of Bacon in the background.  T-Claps to Dr. Seuss for preparedness and Flame for stepping up to cook the bacon.  Awesome way to end a workout out and start Q-Source discussion on Living Right with some Bear, Bacon, Bananas and some Coffee!    Prayers for all injured Pax, YHC included and Flame.  Always nagging injuries, but we are committed to accelerating and fighting the emotional flux of life together with our brothers.
