Iron Pax Lite

We gathered for the beatdown on a muggy,warm morning,air you could wear but we’re rewarded with a beautiful sunrise.The warm-up was a short easy jog around the inside loop and then sshopps,Abe Vigodas,grass pickers,mountain climbers,plank jacks and monkey humpers.Next the Thang.A short run to BB courts where we did bear crawl,crawl bear, crab walk forward,crab walk reverse around the perimeter of the court.Next a run to the top of the lot.Here we did  whip Blimps with burpees, lunges, imperial walkers, merkins,plank jacks and squats.Next we ran the perimeter of the park, stopping to do 10 each of the exercises from Iron Pax week one which were jungle squats, burpees,leg raisers, lunges,big boy sit-ups.We did these to work on form for Saturday Iron Pax.Ranger coached on form.Finally a round of Mary and COT.Thx gents for allowing me to lead always a privilege,LH
