Mosey to the Basketball Court for Introduction to IPC’s Week 1 Challenge – Inspector’s Gadget. Reviewed all exercises and proper form for those needing some additional explanation. 3 – Burpees (Begins round & EMOM Timer), 50 – Hand Release Merkins, 100 – Leg Raises, 150 – Jungle Boi Squats, 200 – Big Boy Sit-ups, 250 – Stationary Lunge Steps. This challenge was exactly that, a challenge. Due to time constraints and difficulty, many of us did not finish. Congrats to Halfback who did complete the challenge.
