The Thang:
Mosey to start line. Insane Bolts consisted of a high rep set of a starting exercise, a 100 yard wind sprint, exercise 2 at finish line and a recover back. Repeat 5x.
Exercise 1 consisted of burpees, imperial squats, dry docks, crab cakes and donley kicks.
Exercise 2 consisted of dive bomb merkins, merkins up and twist, shoulder tap merkins, mike tysons and offset merkins.
Recovery included side shuffles, butt kicks, leaping bounds and mosey.
