Conditions: It was a beautiful sunny, cloudless, cool start to the inaugural ruck with a temperature of 52 degrees.
Nine men and 2.0’s attended the inaugural ruck with one FNG, proud papa being Dynamite.

The posted members trekked north from Lil Le Hi parking lot to the longest and steepest hill on the parkway and then turned east to descend to the first bridge. The group separated into three sub-groups with Uptown and Fuji leading from the front, Dynamite, Gunslinger and Trumpet making up the middle, and Long Haul, X-man, Face and Shirley bringing up the six. All members trekked east under the 78 underpass, over a short, steep hill, descending to the bottom and stopping at the covered bridge, where all members edu-planked to the six. Dynamite shared Proverbs 14:23 with regard to ALL hard work bringing a profit and encouraged all posted members to work hard, even when it’s hard and you don’t feel like doing it. This was the mid-point at 1.1 miles and all posted members trekked the same route in reverse back to the shovel flag. I, Dynamite, did drop back to pick up the six within the last 0.3 miles to finish together and enjoy fellowship. Excellent conversation was had within the three sub-groups. Trumpet and I were discussing military and avoiding school loans at all costs. Words of wisdom was shared with Gunslinger with regard to his dream of playing in the NBA.
